Why This and Why Now?


Hello all you beautiful people! You may be thinking to yourself "this is just going to be another blog about food". And if you are, then you are ABSOLUTELY CORRECT. But why? Why did I chose to start a food blog when there are (what seems like) millions of already successful food blogs mucking up your feed on Pintrest.

 The answer is simple and may SHOCK YOU (not really). I did it because...why the heck not? I mean if some coupon clipping soccer mom can have a food blog why not me? Plus I'm like the funniest person I know. Also, I tend to half ass things when it comes to cooking. "Mix on low for 4 minutes" you say?  well if I mix it on high for 2 minute it will practically heed the same results....right?
Basically this leads to some....interesting concoctions. I'll never learn.

 Oh! And one more thing, I'm totally in a hate-hate relationship with gluten. I got diagnosed with Celiacs disease a little over a year ago and have been 'winging it' ever since.
 
I plan (we'll see how it goes) to have this blog be all about me attempting, tweaking, destroying  and reviving gluten free recipes. Whether they be angel food cake or ziti pizza, I shall concur thy recipes!
